Western Motorcoach, Inc. is an established and growing charter bus company seeking a motivated Charter Bus Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands group transportation , enjoys closing deals, and can manage multiple quotes while protecting company margins.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound charter bus inquiries and leads
• Develop new business and repeat charter clients
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and itineraries
• Follow up consistently to close bookings
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams
• Manage accounts from quote to completion
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• (Charter bus, transportation, logistics, hospitality, or B2B sales preferred)
• Strong phone, email, and follow-up skills
• Confident closer with a sense of urgency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple quotes and deadlines
• CRM or dispatch software experience is a plusCompensation &
