Job Summary

: Coordinate projects beginning with initial customer contact through pre-production stage.

Essential Functions

• :
• Author initial customer correspondence.
• Coordinate preliminary design review with Design Engineering.
• Prepare quotes for customers
• First contact with customer regarding all pre-production questions and concerns.
• Monitors progress of projects to assure compliance with budget, delivery date and other issues.
• While in production stage, coordinate with customer and Nifco staff regarding design changes, variances in costs.
• Acts as liaison between Sales Department and other Nifco Departments to establish pricing, delivery, specification, etc.
• Assists with customer communications during major quality conformance issues.
• May occasionally travel by auto or aid to visit customers.
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company.
• And all other duties as assigned by management. Preferred Education
• :
• Minimum Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent education or experience. Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Less than two years of professional sales experience particularly in automotive and/or injection molded parts.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact effectively with customers and other Nifco personnel.
• Blueprint reading course (Honda)
• Must be self-motivated and highly organized.
• Proven skills in problem solving and decision making.
• Highly detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
