Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store.

Duties

: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining store appearance - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling and transactions - Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products - Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements

: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic knowledge of stock management and inventory control - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus We offer competitive pay, training, and opportunities for career growth.
