We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and market trends, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Licensed Realtor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in serving our diverse clientele. Residential brokerage and property management company needs Texas licensed Realtor for real estate leasing, sale listings, and buyer's representation transactions. Rare position opening within a small highly experienced real estate office. Company needs Realtor to assist with pursuing leads and completing transactions. No monthly fee or desk fee. Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance during all transactions. Experience
• A valid real estate license is required.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving client satisfaction.
