On-Premise Sales Representative Position Type: Full-Time Location: Knoxville, TN (In Person) Pay: From $50,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses

Position Summary

The On-Premise Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and visibility of company brands within bars, restaurants, and other on-premise accounts. This role focuses on territory planning, relationship building, sales execution, and brand activation to achieve company and supplier objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute an efficient daily call route within an assigned on-premise territory.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts through effective selling, merchandising, and promotion execution.
• Identify priority sales, placement, and promotional opportunities within each account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bar and restaurant owners, managers, and buyers.
• Present supplier programs, product features, and competitive advantages tailored to each account.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account updates, and competitive activity.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials and ensure displays are clean and current.
• Participate in supplier ride-withs, sales meetings, tastings, and brand activations.
• Attend scheduled promotions, tastings, and divisional events.
• Submit weekly territory, event, and account recap reports.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and personal vehicle standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder height.
• Position requires regular standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean background check required.
• High school diploma required; college preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer required.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Willingness to relocate to Knoxville, TN prior to start date.
