As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will serve as the face of AT&T in Houston. This AT&T Sales Associate role is focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences through in-person interactions, understanding customer needs, and offering customized solutions. Responsibilities

• Educate customers during in person interactions on AT&T's products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, and device options
• Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to product/service activation
• Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T offerings and current promotions
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Report activity and performance metrics to team leaders and management AT &T Sales Associate
