• Engage customers inside a major retail home-improvement store
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
• Schedule appointments for solar consultations
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals
• Maintain a positive, professional presence in the store What We 're Looking For
• Friendly, energetic, and confident communicator
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Self-motivated and goal-driven personality
• Must be reliable, professional, and enjoy working with the public
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Commission-Only with no cap on earnings
• Top performers regularly earn $750 -$1,500+ per week
