We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role will focus on retail pharmacy clients , with primary emphasis on new business development and account growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical retail landscape, building relationships that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage new retail pharmacy accounts through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Sales Development : Present product offerings, value propositions, and pricing strategies for potential clients to secure new business.
• Account Management : Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate sales pipeline information in CRM, tracking activity, opportunities, and performance against goals.
• Collaboration : Partner with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and servicing of new clients.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, retail pharmacy trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of inside sales, tele sales, or business development experience; pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
