Homecare Sales Are you a high-energy salesperson who thrives on building relationships, owning your territory, and being rewarded for performance? We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Representative to grow referral relationships across Metro Detroit. Homecare experience is NOT required if you can sell, build trust, and manage your day like a professional, we'll train you on the industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and meaningful work. With a strong base salary and aggressive bonus structure, top performers consistently exceed $100,000 in total compensation.

Highlights

• Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000
• Monthly Performance Bonuses
• Production-Based Commissions
• Realistic Total Earnings: $100,000+ annually
• Bonuses are paid based on activity, referrals, and production growth What You 'll Do
• Own and grow a Metro Detroit sales territory
• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, case managers, and social workers
• Complete 8 -10 in-person visits or outreach calls daily
• Educate referral partners on our homecare solutions
• Generate and grow a consistent referral pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly production goals
• Partner with internal staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Track activity and results in CRM
• Stay informed on community resources and local market trends What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of successful sales experience (any industry)
• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Self-motivated and disciplined with time management
• High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Experience using CRM systems
• Reliable transportation for daily territory visits
• No homecare or healthcare experience required
