The Hendrick ADI Network , a division of Hendrick Automotive Group , is currently seeking a goal-driven, high-performing Junior Territory Sales Manager with a passion for results and a DRIVE TO WIN. This position supports the distribution, sales, and marketing of General Motors (GM) Accessories from four strategically located warehouses to GM dealerships across the region. The Junior Territory Sales Manager will provide in-person coverage and support to dealerships throughout Paducah, KY, and Cape Girardeau Southeast MO Region. Apply Now:

Pay Range

:

• Starting $67,000 + per year based on performance and experience. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Work with General Motors Dealerships to assist and grow their GM Accessory business
• Work with Dealership Principles and General Managers to show profitability increases by engaging in the GM accessories business
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
• Attend all scheduled training events
• Maintain all aspects of a dealership's accessory business to include: staff training; display installation and refresh; profitability updates to management; communication about new products; communication about new promotions; process design and implementation; work closely with General Motors zone team members to aid them in achieving their stated monthly GM Accessory targets. Requirements

:

• Retail automotive dealership experience or equivalent, preferably General Motors up to 2 years.
• Valid driver's license
• Competent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Ability to travel by car on a daily basis
• Self-starter personality
• Comfortable with live presentations in front of groups Territory Details:
• This position covers dealerships and accounts across Paducah, KY, and Cape Girardeau Southeast MO , with travel to nearby markets as needed. Candidates should reside within or near this territory to ensure efficient travel and customer support. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $67,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
