Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent movement within a manufacturing environment, including access to production equipment.
• Regular use of fine motor skills to assemble prototypes and perform detailed work.
• Sustained near-visual acuity required to inspect small components, measurements, and defects.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to exchange accurate information.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Essential Functions

• Interpret and apply customer specifications and technical drawings.
• Design and develop products within established manufacturing and technical capabilities.
• Prepare and provide pricing for development and production-level projects.
• Support customer engagement efforts, including participation in trade shows and on-site customer visits as needed.
• Coordinate and manage research and development projects from concept through execution.
• Adhere to and maintain established procedures and quality standards.
• Develop and document processes, work instructions, and labor hour records for new products and methods.
• Train and support production operators to ensure proper assembly techniques and competency. Skills & Abilities
