Car Sales Representative

Duties

: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in a vehicle - Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing - Conduct test drives with potential buyers - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with customers - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets - Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings - Utilize effective cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand customer base

Requirements

: - Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers - Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Prior experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and loan payments We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based earnings, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization.
