Regional Sales Manager Summary: We are looking to hire a passionate Territory Sales Manager with responsibility for growing assigned accounts, and developing and closing prospective accounts. This position can be based from our offices in McCook, IL.

Duties

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales operational objectives by contributing territory sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change
• Promote the company's products to existing customers and prospects
• Meet territory sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Promptly respond to customer requests
• Maintain and expand customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
• Prepare sales reports and submits them to management

Required Qualifications

• 5 years experience selling in the plastics or printing, packaging , flexible packaging , window film, architectural film and PPF industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proven sales success; Organized territory management skills
• Knowledge of Thermal Lamination Films and window film/PPF industry is a plus
• Technical/Mechanical skills are a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and be willing to sign a non-compete agreement upon hire.

Compensation

• Dependent on experience
• Full healthcare benefits`` . Monthly Commission Pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
