ENS Security is a leading provider in Design, Development, Manufacture & Distribution of Surveillance (CCTV), Low-Voltage and Networking Products which was founded in 2000. ENS Security is headquartered in New York and has branch locations in California, Florida, Texas, and Illinois . ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, with a focus bringing in new customer accounts . The Inside Sales Rep should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while achieving sales targets through solution based account management by upselling, cross-selling and retaining existing customers. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative). We are seeking a candidate who has a book of business and has performed in business to business sales in the security industry. The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote), in our Sugar Land, Texas branch. Seeking bilingual english and spanish speaking skill sets. Essential functions and duties:

• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers. Regularly engage with the clients to understand their business needs, challenges and requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales revenue generation targets through product offers to clients and negotiating prices.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and update client information, track interactions and generate sales forecasts.

Qualifications

:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, preferred in Account Management
• CCTV experience is preferred.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus
