As a Realtor Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the process.

Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Provide guidance on real estate law, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or real estate is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
