Position Summary

: The Sales Support Specialist provides critical support to the Account Management and Business Development teams by managing data accuracy, maintaining pricing systems, processing customer orders, and coordinating administrative activities across departments. This role ensures seamless communication between internal teams and customers while driving process efficiency and supporting key sales functions in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

: Process Price Changes: Prepare, validate, and implement customer price updates in coordination with Finance and Sales Sales Systems Maintenance: Issue and maintain SIFS and other sales system updates to ensure data integrity Customer Order Management: Collect, review, and track customer purchase orders (POs); ensure timely entry and communication of order status TIA Process Management: Lead the TIA tracking and packet issuance process for new business and change activities Sample Requests: Coordinate customer sample requests with Customer Service and NJP teams Other duties as required Core Competencies: Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy and completeness across multiple systems Organization & Time Management: Balances multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness Communication: Clear, professional communication with internal teams and customers Analytical Thinking: Uses data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ERP/sales systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools Collaboration: Works effectively within a team environment to meet department goals Initiative: Proactively identifies and resolves issues before escalation Reporting Structure: This is an Entry Level position. Reports to: Sales Manager Collaborates with: Account Management, Accounting, I.T., Capacity, Operations, Manufacturing, and other groups as necessary
