We're growing fast and looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Consultant in the Philadelphia area to join our team. • Paid Training
• No Cold Calling!!! pre-screened, qualified leads everyday
• Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000 -$130,000
• 100% commission after paid training
• Weekly commissions
• Paid training and onboarding
• Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and EZ-Pass

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs
• Educate homeowners on our products and services
• Prepare and present accurate proposals and timelines
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Document sales activities and follow-ups in CRM software
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Experience in residential/exterior home improvement sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Results-driven and self-motivated
• Tech-savvy
• Must be able to safely lift up to 65 pounds
• Must be able to safely climb a ladder
• Must be able to enter and maneuver in confined spaces, including crawl spaces
• Must be available to attend training in Lancaster, PA for several weeks
