Full description of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our Custom Railings WA Showroom. The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Sales Representative and a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Responsibilities

:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments to meet their needs.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports, and provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,500.00 per year
