Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our weight loss pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals & MedSpa Owners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the weight loss & peptide industry.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product benefits and usage.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
• Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying new business opportunities within the medical field.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and market trends.
• Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product information effectively.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• YOU DO NOT NEED Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred.

• Microsoft Office expert in calendar, teams, word, excel with Organization skills & successful account management.
• Ability to understand complex medical products, with Coach as needed.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Confidence sells.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment while being a team player.
