We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive new business growth across the region. What You 'll Do:

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers
• Manage the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships
• Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account retention What We 're Looking For:
• 1-3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) What We Offer
