Duties

• Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods.
• Service of existing client base.
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Provide clients with information on policy features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist clients through the application process and address and questions.
• Reports on field activity.
• Participate in training/professional development sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Prerequisites
• Strong customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required)
• Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
• Ability to pass a background check. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
