• Meet with pre-qualified leads in-home and on-site
• Educate customers on our floor coating solutions
• Deliver professional estimates and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with install teams for flawless project delivery
• Represent the Wise brand with energy and integrity Pay & Incentives: $85,000-$175,000/year with base + commission. High performers are earning $150K+. No commission-only. Schedule & Location: Full-time, in-person. Service area includes Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license & insurable
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must live within commuting distance to Redmond
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
