Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our retail team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales and customer service skills within a dynamic shopping environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and eager to learn about our products and sales strategies. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and maintaining a well-organized display.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers during face-to-face engagement. Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as organizing displays
• Customer service experience in retail store environments is advantageous
• Demonstrated upselling skills to promote products confidently
• Supervising experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn leadership responsibilities is valued
• Knowledge of retail sales practices is helpful but not mandatory
