Job Description

: We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. You'll meet with qualified leads provided by our office, conduct on-site consultations, and close sales for fencing projects. This is a great role for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and is motivated by performance- based earnings -- without the pressure of generating their own leads.

Responsibilities

:

• Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct on-site consultations, take accurate measurements, and assess client needs
• Provide detailed estimates and present fencing solutions tailored to customer preferences
• Close sales and ensure proper handoff to the installation and operations team
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in CRM
• Stay informed about different fence types, materials, and pricing What We Provide:

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction industry a plus)
• Self-motivated and organized
• valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology for estimates and communication
• Knowledge of fencing materials and installation (or willingness to learn)

Compensation

:

• 100% Commission-Based
• Commissions paid on completed and paid jobs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
