What You 'll Do As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll:

• Manage and grow a personal lines book of business with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate client coverages and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day service needs.
• Support Account Executives with new business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers. What We 're Looking For
• 1-3 years of personal lines insurance experience (agency or carrier).
• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 12 months (company-paid).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
