We are currently seeking a driven and energetic Sales Manager to lead our front-end sales efforts. Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through outreach, in-gym promotions, lead follow-up, and tours
• Promote group fitness classes and personal training packages
• Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools and daily reporting
• Train, coach, and motivate front desk or sales staff (if applicable)
• Develop local partnerships and marketing strategies to generate leads
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs
• Attend community and promotional events representing the gym
• Handle membership inquiries, pricing discussions, and closing sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fitness sales, membership sales, or similar role
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and organized
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
