Sales Specialist / Sales Representative (Field-Based) Humble, TX (Hybrid / Field-Based)Full-Time

Company Overview

Sweat's MechTech Solutions LLC is a growing wastewater and mechanical services company providing pump systems, lift station services, and industrial/municipal solutions across Texas. We work directly with cities, utilities, and industrial clients, delivering reliable solutions -- not problems. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and expand existing accounts.

• $55,000 annual base salary

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal, industrial, and commercial clients
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Coordinate with operations and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications

• Sales experience required (industrial, construction, utilities, or wastewater preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in industrial wastewater (preferred)
• 3+ years of construction experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation (required initially)
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
