Full description of the position

We are western Wayne county GM dealership seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Sales Associate. This is a full time role with a competitive compensation pay plan. Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service in a timely and accurate manor.

Responsibilities

include:

  • Assist customers, providing them with excellent customer service ,assisting customers with any inquires they may have.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Sales and Service Department.
  • Process orders for parts and accessories.
  • Maintain inventory levels, stock shelves, process returns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and posses a strong work ethic
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner Job
Requirements
  • 3 years current GM parts experience required
  • Have exceptional knowledge of GM parts and accessories
  • ERA Ignite experience is required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
