Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on top-of-funnel activity and setting qualified meetings for Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants structured training, clear expectations, and advancement opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit
• Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Conduct initial discovery conversations with business decision-makers
• Accurately log activity and notes in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve messaging and results What We 're Looking For
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Organized with solid time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, calendar tools)
• Sales, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus but not required
