: Capitol Painting & Construction (CPC) is a leading provider of construction services with a focus on multi-family projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Salesperson to join our team and expand our presence in the Houston market.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at property management companies.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the multi-family construction and remodel sector.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in project estimating as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in multi-family construction sales, particularly in remodeling.
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in the property management industry.
• Strong general construction knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
