Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? The Chris Gurnee Team is looking for both new and experienced licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. Licensed agents that join the Chris Gurnee Team close 1-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Chris Gurnee Team is partnered directly with the top lead sources in the country. We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing deals within your first 90 days. The Chris Gurnee Team offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. Responsibilities

List and sell residential real estate. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Maintain your Real Estate License Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
