PNG Worldwide , a leading domestic and international freight forwarder and 3PL based in Lititz, PA, is hiring a Sales Account Manager with a strong focus on LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing customer accounts, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to businesses within a defined geographic territory. What You 'll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities in the LTL sector Implement and manage new accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through consultative selling Collaborate with sales support, operations, and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery Develop customized logistics solutions based on customer needs Track activity and manage pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems for reporting and customer presentations Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (required) Minimum 2 years of LTL sales experience Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Familiarity with the transportation and logistics industry is strongly preferred Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player Why PNG Worldwide?
