Responsibilities

• On the floor majority of the time greeting, talking to customers, developing relationships and selling product.
• Practice a feature/benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.
• Conduct a road test and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer.
• Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager.
• Cultivate prospects (e.g., showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, past owners, etc.)
• Contact customers using mailing lists, CRMs and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with sales of motorcycles or vehicles and has demonstrated the ability to quickly learn the sales process.
• Approachable, likable personality with high-energy level.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills".
• Dedication to delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to develop relationships and generate referrals as a trusted consulta Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
