Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and warm calling strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for management review. Skills
• Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills, capable of reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
• Proficient in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes.
• Experience in technical or technology sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
