Full description of the position

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow a team of sales professionals across multiple markets. This role drives regional growth, strengthens key partnerships with healthcare providers, and expands the organization's client and referral network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee strategic accounts and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Conduct in-market coaching to support team execution.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and analyze market trends.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems and track performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong team-building, coaching, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
