We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to join our leadership team and backfill a key role as our current Inside Sales leader transitions into a Director role. This is a rare opportunity to lead, develop, and scale a high- performing sales team inside one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving performance and accountability.
• Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Develop training programs to strengthen fastener product knowledge, quoting efficiency, and customer engagement skills across the sales team.
• Partner with executive leadership to align sales efforts with company goals, including entry into aerospace and defense markets.
• Maintain a hands-on approach with key accounts, assisting with complex quotes, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Foster a culture of urgency, teamwork, and solution-oriented customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales management experience in fastener manufacturing, distribution, or related industrial supply sectors.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Deep technical understanding of threaded products, bolts, fasteners, and related components.
• Strong business acumen with experience in high-volume quoting and order fulfillment environments.
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on involvement in customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• ISO 9001 experience and familiarity with aerospace/defense compliance standards a strong plus. What We Offer

Compensation

: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
