Full description of the position

The Business Development Representative is responsible for managing all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and text. You will nurture leads, answer product questions, and work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer. This role requires a high-energy professional who excels at communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Promptly respond to all internet leads and inbound sales inquiries to provide a "wow" customer experience. Appointment Setting: Schedule showroom visits and test drives for the sales team, following up with "no-show" appointments to reschedule. Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to prospective clients and existing customers regarding promotions or vehicle upgrades. CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions and update contact information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Honda models, features, and current dealership specials. Team Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Marketing departments to optimize lead conversion and meet monthly dealership goals. Required Skills &

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner. Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools. Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of leads simultaneously.
