SAFE TECH AUTO GLASS is actively seeking Service Drive Sales Technicians in our West Houston, Dealership Division. No experience in the glass industry is necessary, however applicants must have a minimum of two years sales experience, excellent communication skills, must be mechanically inclined and possess good judgement. Join our Dealership Division and be coached as an Apprentice Service Drive Technician. A SAFE TECH Service Drive Technician earns $45,000 to $65,000+ annually. STA Technicians must possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Stable and reliable
• Works well with others
• Takes pride in their work
• Pays close attention to details Requirement and qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Solid Sales/Face-to-Face Experience
• Reliable transportation, has their own personal vehicle
• Provide individual transportation to and from work
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate, listen and understand customer needs
• Organized and keeping with Safe Tech Automotive sales techniques

Compensation

:

• Apprentice Technicians earn $15.00 to $20.00 an hour plus overtime while training
• Fully Trained Sales Technician earns $50,000 to $65,000+ annually
