Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our partnerships and expand our referral network. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and promoting our services to attorneys, medical providers, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage outreach efforts.
• Represent Ascend at events, meetings, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client coordination.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or relationship management (healthcare or legal field preferred).
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• HubSpot CRM experience is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
