About the Role

If you've sold furniture, electronics, mobile phones, appliances, flooring, or other high-value products , your skills translate directly to this role. We're adding to a consultative, in-person sales team in Delaware County and are looking for professionals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction , value-based selling, and performance-driven income--without cold calling or scripted sales. What You 'll Do

• Work with walk-in, appointment customers and current clients
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations
• Present product features, advantages, and benefits
• Guide customers through pricing and value discussions
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Follow a proven sales process with training support What We 're Looking For
• Background in retail or consultative sales
• (furniture, wireless, electronics, specialty retail, home improvement, etc.)
• Comfortable discussing pricing and value
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Experience in commission or performance-based roles preferred
• Engage with potential clients through direct, in-person interactions to showcase product demonstrations and solutions tailored to their business needs What We Offer
