Requirements

Active Michigan Property & Casualty License Preferred Excellent sales skills A minimum of 1 year of insurance sales experience Preferred Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A genuine desire to help people protect their future.

Responsibilities

Engage and develop prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage. Develop and present customized insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy details and benefits. Effectively manage a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve overall business objectives. Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.
