RV Sales Consultant, OpenRoad RV is a family-owned, multi-location RV dealership focused on honest sales, strong product knowledge, and long-term customer relationships. We are hiring motivated RV Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right RV for their needs
• Manage the sales process from first contact through delivery
• Demonstrate RV features and explain pricing clearly
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work with finance, service, and parts to ensure a smooth experience
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (RV or automotive a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and professional
• Working weekends
• Valid driver's license
