Account Manager

Duties

&

Responsibilities

:

• Act as the liaison between your customers and the operations team in a manufacturing environment
• Work closely with department supervisors on the shop floor to gather information and current status of product
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Process sales orders and work with your customer and internal stake holders to insure timely delivery of product
• Maintain work order status and monitor the delivery schedule
• Request quotes and purchase material and outside services

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years Account Manager experience
• Proven experience in account management
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Will have worked with an MRP / ERP system, knowledge of Job Boss is a plus
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Products
• A self-starter who performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assertive enough to produce results for their customer and still able to work in a team environment
• Prefers talking on a phone to email and texts
