Job Title: Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate Locations: Bunker Hill, Galleria, Heights, Hwy 290 & 34th, Meyerland, and River Oaks Employment Type: Full-Time (4 days/week) or Part-Time (3 days/week) Availability: Evening and weekend shifts required

What You'll Do

:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Manage phone calls, patient check-ins, and paperwork
• Educate new and returning patients about our services and wellness benefits
• Guide patients through membership options and sell membership plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient accounts
• Handle transactions using point-of-sale and Microsoft Office tools
• Keep the clinic clean and organized
• Commit to ongoing training and growth in both customer service and sales What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and basic office equipment Pay Structure:
• $13/hour base pay
• Sales bonuses that average total compensation of $17 -$21/hour

• Days are not split into separate shifts and Weekend Availability is a requirement. Our shifts are: Monday- Friday 9:30-7:15 Lunch is 2:00-2:45, Saturday and Sunday 9:30-5:15. Full time is 4 days a week (3 weekdays and 1 weekend shift), Part time is 3 days a week (2 weekdays and 1 weekend shift). What is your working availability?
