Job Posting: Patient Care Coordinator at an established Plastic Surgery Practice Location: Inner Loop Position: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Pay: $50,000-$60,000 plus unlimited bonus structure We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious plastic surgery practice in the River Oaks area. Key Responsibilities

: - Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional consultative support. - Prepare surgeon for consultations, make notes and present quote, including follow up calls if necessary. - assist with all aspects of customer service and marketing for the practice. - Assist in explaining procedures and answering patients' questions to ensure a positive experience. - Handle insurance verification and collaborate with patients for seamless care. - Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on consultations to drive conversion.

Qualifications

: - At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales within the plastic surgery or similar field. - Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. - Insurance verification experience is a plus. - Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience, and reliability.
