Hi, we're Kapture Pest Control -- the fastest-growing commercial pest control company in New Jersey. We protect warehouses, manufacturers, logistics hubs, and food facilities from pest problems that can shut a business down. We're expanding our outside sales team -- growing from 12 to 15 reps -- and looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job. You don't need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you've sold anything before -- especially to small businesses -- you'll be off to a fast start. If not, we'll train you to get there. This is outbound B2B sales -- not residential, and not door-to-door. You'll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long-term value. • Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
• Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
• Follow up, follow through, and close

• $120K+ on-target earnings (W2)
• $50K base + uncapped commissions paid monthly
• Sole territory (Long Branch, Camden, Woodbury areas available)
