• Source and evaluate off-market properties
• Walk houses, estimate repairs, and understand renovation scope
• Run comps and analyze ARV and deal profitability
• Negotiate purchase contracts and terms directly with sellers
• Build and manage a pipeline of motivated seller leads
• Work closely with the sales team to supply inventory
• Learn the full cycle of acquisitions, rehabs, and dispositions What We 're Looking For
• Driven, competitive, and persuasive
• Comfortable talking to people and building rapport
• Full-time availability
• Organized and self-motivated
• Passion for real estate, investing, or flipping
• Experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or acquisitions is helpful
• Already licensed OR willing to begin licensing within 90 days
• Some experience is helpful -- but we still train you. What You Get
