We're a busy home improvement company looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to close same-day sales. You'll meet homeowners looking for roofing, kitchen, bathroom, and general remodeling projects. Your job is to earn their trust, close the deal, and manage the process through completion. Location: Seattle, WA (surrounding territories) Schedule: Sunday-Thursday: 10:00AM-7:00PM, Friday: 10AM-2:00PM

Duties

: 1. Run pre-qualified in-home appointments. 2. Provide on-site estimates and close deals on the spot. 3. Manage projects alongside subcontractors to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Maintain communication with clients throughout the project.

Requirements

: 1. Proven experience in in-home sales with same-day closing. 2. Knowledge of roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and general remodeling. 3. Strong time management and follow-up skills. 4. Experience in sales. 5. Must have good time management and communication skills. 6. Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. 7. Willingness to surrounding territories of Seattle. 8. Energetic, driven, and a natural closer. 9. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

: Commission based. 18% First sale lead cost. 15% All referrals. Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
