• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
• Market listings using MLS, digital platforms, and approved advertising channels
• Stay compliant with Washington State real estate laws and MLS rules
• Collaborate with fellow brokers and the designated broker as needed What We 're Looking For
• Active Washington State Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and people skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and follow brokerage policies

Compensation

• Commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor)
