About the Role

: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen and Bath Designer / Salesperson to join our team in our Farmington Hills showroom. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, confident in sales, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Required: Proficient in using 2020 Design software
• Conduct on-site measurements and translate them into accurate plans
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals for cabinetry, tile, countertops, and other materials
• Guide clients through the design and selection process
• Close sales and meet or exceed performance goals
• Communicate effectively with contractors, installers, and tradespeople
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

:

• Proficiency in 2020 Design software
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, tile, and kitchen/bath materials
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable working with tradespeople and managing logistics
• Must be available to work in our Farmington Hills showroom 5 days per week
• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen and bath design preferred

Compensation

: $42,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
